MCAB Winning brewer profiles is a new feature that allows MCAB medalists to share a bit about themselves and their brewing philosophies, techniques and equipment. They may also share their winning recipes, but only if they choose to do so. Please do not expect recipes; they are the property of the brewer.

MCAB Winning Recipe download notes: We encourage brewers to share their expertise, but we recognize everyone's right to maintain the privacy of their unique creations. Recipes, where provided, are made available on a strictly voluntary basis. No MCAB winner is under any obligation or pressure whatsoever to provide his or her winning recipe. However, if a recipe is provided, we request that it be accurate and as complete as the brewer is capable of giving it. To protect brewer creativity, we allow one "secret ingredient" and one "secret procedure" to be left out, provided that any omissions are specifically noted. If no omissions are noted, then any provided recipes are trusted to be complete and accurate. This policy may result in only a few shared recipes, but, we hope, will create an atmosphere of trust in which those that are shared can be believed. Those who share any of their winning recipes freely and openly are giving a good bit of themselves. It would be nice if you honored that gift by crediting them in any spinoff recipes that you create from their recipes. In this way we can all acknowledge that we truly raise the fruits of this wonderful hobby by standing on the shoulders of those who came before us and are among us. Recipes will be provided in ProMash brew session or recipe file formats as well as text and html file formats. Brew session files will have the most complete information, including water specifics if available. We will also provide other popular file formats if possible.
