History: We started brewing in 1996. Entering competitions in 1997. Making mead in 2003. Started with extract kits, quickly to partial mash then to all grain. Bottling got crazy, so started kegging and filtering. Over time have taken over 75% of the unfinished basement for brewing, storing and consuming homebrews.
